Ultrasound has been used for many years as a means of treating
injured, sore and tight muscles. It was dis-covered that the skin
that was over the muscular area being treated became noticeably
healthier. This lead to the development of ‘cosmetic ultrasound’.
The SkinDream Titanium is the most advanced cosmetic ultrasound
device of its type available on the planet. It operates at 1MHz (1
million vibrations/second), a frequency that researchers found to be
most effective in improving the health and beauty of the skin.
The focus of the pulsed ultrasound application is to increase blood
flow in the skin by giving it a “micro-massage”.
